SOUP

  • White Bean & Chicken Chili -A delightful blend of northern beans, diced chicken  breast, jalapeño peppers and cream make up this brewery favorite. Garnished with jack cheese and tortilla chips $4 Cup $5 Bowl
  • French Onion- Traditional French onion soup topped with crostini and a gratin of imported Swiss cheeses $5.00

STARTERS

  • Grilled Portabella Sliders- Three grilled portabella sliders with baby spinach and roasted red peppers.  Topped with Swiss cheese and sprouts. Finished with a caramelized onion & cracked pepper aioli. $8.5
  • Colossal Shrimp Cocktail- Pilsner poached colossal shrimp served with a spicy chipotle cocktail sauce for dipping. $9.5
  • Drunken Mussels- Prince Edward Island mussels steeped in our Amish Four Grain Ale with garlic, sun dried tomatoes, leeks and fresh herbs. Served with grilled pita $8.5
  • Hummus- Roasted garlic hummus, olive tapenade and tzatziki sauce. Served with grilled pita and veggie sticks. $7.5
  • Milk Stout Soaked Beef Satay- Marinated tenderloin tip skewers grilled to your specifications. Finished with pickled red onion. $9
  • Nachos-Tortilla chips baked with blended cheeses, diced tomatoes, black beans and pickled jalapeños. Topped with fresh Pico de Gallo and sour cream. $8.5       (Guacamole upon request)
  • Fried Calamari– Fresh calamari, seasoned and flash fried. Served with cherry pepper aioli and vodka blush sauce. $9.5
  • Brewery Wings – Ten jumbo wings tossed in your choice of buffalo, barbeque, teriyaki or creepin' dog sauce. Served with veggie sticks and bleu cheese $7.5
  • Little Neck Clams- Little neck clams steeped in a broth of crab stock, cipollini onions and green peppercorns. Served with fresh lemon and clarified butter. $9
  • Yellow fin Tuna Ceviche- Fresh ahi tuna tossed in a sriracha and lime vinaigrette with diced onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro and mangos. Served with crispy plantain chips. $12

  • Adirondack Chicken Salad - Maple balsamic glazed chicken breast over mixed greens with granny smith apples, red onion, paprika, candied walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese and apple wood smoked bacon. Served with Milk Stout vinaigrette. $10.5
  • Blueberry & Chevre Salad - Spring mix, blueberries, goat cheese and macadamia nuts. Finished with champagne vinaigrette. $9.5

  • Classic Angus Burger - 8 oz. Angus burger grilled to your liking. Topped with apple wood smoked bacon and sharp cheddar. $9

  • Seared Scallops and Wild Mushroom Ravioli - Seared day boat scallops and wild mushroom ravioli tossed with baby spinach. Finished with a champagne vinaigrette and black truffle oil. $22
  • Brewery Meatloaf - Lancaster Brewing Company's signature recipe topped with roasted portabella mushrooms and Milk Stout demi glace. Served with red bliss mashed potatoes and chef's vegetables. $16
  • Wild Boar - Rack of wild boar prepared to your specifications, wild boar & cranberry sausage, red bliss mashed potatoes and chef’s vegetables. Finished with a blueberry & porter jus lié. $20
